The Mystery of 47th Street. Kansas 1994.

On October 29, 1994, Sedgwick County Police were called to 47th Street South and Hoover. Upon arrival they discovered the skeletal remains of a white male, between the ages of 22 to 29, and between 5 feet 5 inches and 6 feet in height. The unidentified victim had Sandy or Auburn colored hair. He was wearing a purple Bugle Boy shirt with khaki shorts. The victim was discovered when workers from KG&E were doing volunteer work and discovered a piece of bedding sticking out of the ground. When they pulled up the bedding they found the remains.
